1.About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the In Play Tips (“IPT”, “we”, “us”, “our”) website, Discord community, memberships and content (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, or by purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing sports-betting content and placing any bets is legal in the place where you live. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Services.

3.What IPT is — and is not

IPT provides sports research, statistics, analysis and suggested selections for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a bookmaker, betting operator, tipster guaranteeing outcomes, or licensed financial adviser.

We do not accept, place or facilitate bets, and we never handle your betting funds. Nothing we provide is financial product advice or a recommendation to bet, and it should not be relied on as such.

4.No guarantee of results

Betting is inherently risky and outcomes are uncertain. Past performance, including any backtested or historical records we publish, is not a reliable indicator of future results, and you may lose money.

Any figures, unit records or results we display are provided for transparency and illustration only — they are not a promise, guarantee or projection of profit. All betting decisions, selections and stake sizes are entirely your own, and you accept full responsibility for them.

5.Responsible gambling

We support responsible gambling. The Services are strictly for those aged 18 and over. Only ever stake what you can comfortably afford to lose, set your own limits, and never chase losses.

6.Memberships, pricing and billing

Memberships are paid subscriptions that give you access to premium content for the period you select. Unless stated otherwise:

• Fees are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are billed in advance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (for example weekly, monthly or quarterly) until you cancel.
• By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• We may change our prices from time to time; any change to a recurring price will apply to your next renewal after we notify you.

7.Cancellation

You can cancel at any time before your next renewal. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. There are no lock-in contracts.

8.Refunds

All memberships are digital and access is granted to you immediately upon payment. For this reason, all sales are final and memberships are non-refundable. This includes change of mind, dissatisfaction with tips or results, not using the service, or cancelling before the end of your billing period. By purchasing a membership you acknowledge that you are buying immediate access to digital content and you agree to this no-refund policy.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded. Where a consumer guarantee under the ACL applies and we have failed to meet it, you may be entitled to a remedy. If you believe you were charged in error, were charged after cancelling, or a genuine technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing content you had paid for, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.

9.Acceptable use

Your membership is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, broadcast or publish our tips or content outside your own personal use.
• Screenshot, forward or otherwise pass premium content to non-members.
• Scrape, data-mine, copy or systematically extract content from the Services.
• Misuse our Discord or harass, abuse or disrupt other members or staff.
• Impersonate IPT or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that harms the Services or others.

10.Intellectual property

All content, branding, analysis, graphics and materials made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to IPT and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal use. You must not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

11.Discord and third-party platforms

Some Services are delivered through Discord and other third-party platforms, which are subject to their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for the operation or downtime of those platforms. You must follow our community rules while using them, and we may remove or ban members who breach these Terms or those rules.

12.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, behave abusively, or where we need to in order to comply with the law. Where we terminate your access because of your breach, you will not be entitled to a refund.

13.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPT is not liable for any betting losses, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, arising from your use of the Services. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability is limited to re-supplying the Services or refunding the amount you paid to us in the three months before the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

14.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify IPT against any loss, damage, cost or expense we suffer arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party.

15.Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

16.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once the updated version is posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17.Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. For any questions about these Terms, contact us by direct message through our official In Play Tips Discord or social media channels.
